About the Program

The HRM 4985 Dinner Series offers upper-level undergraduate students the opportunity to showcase the knowledge and skills they have developed during their course of study at the University of Missouri.

Student management teams plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of each meal, including: menu development, dining room layout, budgets, employee staffing, meal production and service, etc.

Dinners are generally four-course meals that accent the theme of the event through food, music and décor. Live music is often used to enhance the dining experience.

The Dinner Series is self-funded due to the continued support and sponsorship by the community, industry professionals and organizations, and program students and alumni.
